well, in fact, this may seem dumb or whatever, but when electricity goes through it, it becomes transparent, so if there WAS a powercut, it would turn from transparent to opaque, and if already opaque, it will stay opaque loli'm sure they thought over this be4 makin it lolz(when electricity goes through, they line up the nano particles, that make it transparent, and when there is no electricity, the particles scramble in different directions, making it opaque =D)

Did you not watch the video. In the beginning the camera clearly shows you can see inside from outside.

I think it's one way only, meaning you can only see from inside-out, not the other way around. the buttons only turn the mirror function on and off for inside.
