BP was a great man but some "facts" in here are exagerated a little, as in he did not work hard at school at all, he skipped classes so he could go and climb trees and track animals in the woods

Anyone publishing a book these days called Scouting for Boys would be arrested.

He started so simple. He took a group of boys to brownsea to teach them scouting skills. What he started that day was the largest family the world has ever see :). Hello to all from Slovenia.

was the happiest moments in my youth, I joined the camp of the world in Hizb Lillehammer State of Norway 1975 and is the most beautiful I can remember in my life, Scouting, and here I hope to my children Scouting, particularly Muslims, to participate Camp 2011 and the transfer is beautiful to Islam and to correct what they did some Muslims from the mistakes

No words to describe him. What he started 100 years ago has made me what i m today. Without him, wow, the world would have been much different. I am a fellow scouter from Singapore. From Manta Ray Sea Scouts. |
