If you have the skills and the right airplane.......................Maule M7 Turbos an Pilatus Porters are probable the 2 most amazing mass production airplanes ever.(and I am not so sure about the Mass Production thing...if they made a whole bunch of them they would be less expensive and I would have a chance of owning one...not gonna happen)

Beta is not thrust reverse. It is flat pitch which means no thrust in either direction. You do not reverse the engine, it has a propeller on it which is controlled by a governor that changes the pitch of the blades, just like any plane that has a constant speed propellor except on turbo prop you can go through beta and into reverse.
