@brokenscimitar When a guy creates a wonderful thing (or has success) he is always treaten as a homosexual or paedofile. I'm scout and I don't care of BP's sexuality. It was his problem and not mine. Still the system of values that BP lays behind him. I'm in a group who applies the second version of the scout Promise. Check what this Promise says on Wikipedia and confess that his ideas are very positive for all people.you spit on BP but perhaps you maybe don't know what the Promise is.

@setiamalaysia Apart from Jeal's book, I happened to check up on Wikepedia and found a more references to BP secret life on Google where there are references to his latent, repressed bisexuality. I quit scouting years ago because of the deifying of BP and ongoing scandals surrounding scoutmasters behaving improperly towards children in their care. Where I live, Scouting is in decline because kids aren't interested any more and the ongoing bad publicity which the movement receives.
