that son of a bitch wants to abuse someone send him to me! there is no way a Saint Bernard should look like that! cops as friends or bothers as lawyers or not! the cop needs to fired on the spot for tipping that bastard off and if his bothers defend him they need to be disbarred! I would love to show him some abuse since he is such a big man with animals! That town needs to clean house on their police force they are a disgrace

Im a shelter volunteer and work in law enforcement and based upon the video this is animal cruelty straight forward. The dog's condition is appalling with the matting, the head being turned in an abnormal fashion, the dirty water. The owner "Bob" should be arrested for animal cruelty. He has 3 brothers that are lawyers? Yeah, heard that one 100 times, dont care. I agree with the other commenter by going to pay Bob a visit and make his life hell. Keep showing these poor excuses for dog owners!
